How to Submit an Artist for Art304:

If you are an actively-exhibiting visual artist and would like to be included as part of our directory, please contact us by emailing our webmaster at info@art304.com and answer the following questions:

1.  What is your name (as you would like it to show on your article?)

2.  What is your preferred method of contact?  (Email or phone?  Please include your email address or phone number.)

3.  Please include at least three examples of your work for use on our site.

4.  Please include a portrait of yourself for use on our site

5.  What is the best day of the week and time to call you for an interview?  (unless you would rather we email you, in which case, ignore this question.)

Here’s how it works:

Once we have your questionnaire, a student will be assigned to your article and will call you within two weeks.  If we decide that you meet the requirements for inclusion in our directory, your article will be posted and you will be notified.  If you do not, you may not apply again for one year.

How to Submit Changes to Your Listing:

It’s easy – just send images, links to news clippings, or additions you would like added to your listing to the email address above, and we will update your page.  Please be patient!  Changes may take a while, especially when school is not in session.

How to Advertise on This Site:

This website is run by volunteers, and is currently ad-free by choice.  If you are interested in sponsoring this website, please contact the webmaster at webmaster@art304.com .  As we grow, we may  have need for a sponsor, but currently, we like things the way they are.

Why Are We Doing This?

That’s easy – it’s because we live in the Charleston, West Virginia area and love art!  We have such a great (and growing) art scene in this state and we want to share our love of art with the public.  We also want to help local artists get the publicity they need to be successful as artists.  All this, and we get to learn about artists we’ve never heard of, to boot!  Everybody wins.
